"Prostanoids help control blood pressure, fight allergies, and modulate inflammation, but too much of them, especially those made from vegetable oils, can also lead to increased pai Join discussion...

It may not matter how hard or soft our mattresses are, despite what Select Comfort spokeswoman Wagner says. Nor how light or dark our bedrooms, nor how early or late we retire for the night. A study completed this spring by Washington State University Spokane suggests that our sleep patterns are embedded in our bodies - perhaps in our very genes. It's a conclusion that challenges previous assumptions in sleep research, according to WSU graduate student Adrienne Tucker. Join discussion...

How much does circumcision alter what a man ultimately feels? Scientific studies aiming to answer this question have been inconclusive. Now researchers prodding dozens of male penises with a fine-tipped tool have found that the five areas most receptive to fine-touch are routinely removed by the surgery. The finding, announced today, was detailed in the April issue of the British Journal of Urology (BJU) International. Join discussion...

Your Best Body in One Hour - MSN Health & Fitness - Diet & Fitness

There's a workout that can help you look great at 20 and at 80. Every man I train uses some variation of it, and it's yours for free. The biggest difference between this program and the one you're doing now is balance. Not stand-on-one-leg-and-curl balance, but the well-rounded-approach-to-training kind of balance. What's that? You already hit the weight room and work the treadmill on training day? That's still incomplete, not to mention inefficient. Join discussion...

Tetrachromat Females

http://ray.tomes.biz/b2/index.php/a/2007/06/21/p147
The title is just a fancy way of saying that some women seem to have four colour receptors in their eyes rather than the usual three. Actually some people also have a different set of three and this was known for some time before the discovery that quite a few women see extra colours than the rest of the population. Of course some men are missing a receptor and have only two and as a result are called colour blind. Compared to tetrachromats we are all colour blind. Join discussion...
